1. Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (like socks, inner soles, or special sale items) may not be eligible for return.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (or wallet/credit note, if applicable) within 7–10 working days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We allow size exchanges for shoes (subject to availability).
Exchanges are processed after receiving the original item back in good condition.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
5. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
